Syria roadside blast kills 6: reports

Six workers were killed and 16 others injured on Sunday, the Syrian state news agency SANA reported.
The blast was "set off by an armed terrorist group on a road in Idlib, which exploded as a minibus passed by," SANA reported.
The attack reportedly took place on the side of the road linking Ariha and Al-Mastuma in Idlib, near the Turkish border.
Events in Syria are hard to independently verify amid tight government restrictions on media coverage.
The agency reported that security services dismantled two other explosive devices on a road in Jabal al-Zawai, also in Idlib.

"Events in Syria are hard to independently verify amid tight government restrictions on media coverage."
This is a joke, of course.
Journalists are in Syria and seemingly travel freely around. This is what a few of the 116 recently given accreditation said.
Such accreditation requirements is natural for a country at war - or is Syria at war when we need to say so, and not at war when it suits us to say so?
