Good evening Your Excellency, I heartly apologize for the dely in replying to Your Excellency's valuable remarks on a couple of expressions. Kindly find attached some comments on the referred to expressions, hoping that they are helpful in shedding light on their origin, meaning and usage. I hope the comments are not too long for Your Excellency to look at. I also would like to draw your attention to the 'misleading' information I gave last time about the word 'archaic'. I am terribly sorry for that. It is a shame that I confused your absolutely correct reference to the word. Kindly forgive me for that. Should there be any comment on the submitted document, I would be more than glad to benefit from that.
